FireFly Resorts - Fredericksburg, Texas

We stayed at the FireFly Resort in Fredericksburg, Texas for three nights on December 26, 2023 before heading to Florida. The site we chose averaged out to $67.00 a night with all taxes and fees. Full hook ups 30/50Amp, water and sewer. Site 67 is where we stayed and it was only a concrete pad, while other sites offer more amenities such as a hot-tub, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, patio furniture, and pergolas just to a name a few. There are a lot of rules and Firefly Resorts makes it very clear this is not a campground, but a world class resort. We are not wild people and do not feel the rules were too overbearing. RV's must be 10 years or newer, or have special permission from the resort to stay. I don't see anyone with an Airstream having an issue regardless of the age as we saw a few older models there. Even in the winter months, tons of people were renting tiny homes as Fredericksburg is a popular place year around. We will return in the summer, but with the amount of guests that could be present, we do wonder if the adults only pool could be too crowded.

We hope to return in spring/summer to spend more time exploring the resort and using the pool. A new phase is being built (employee told us) that will offer more sites, and even a heated pool. Each site appears to be individually owned, and one of lots just like we stayed in was for sale for $275,000.
